This uniqueness stems from the fact that NEVER, during our more than thirty years of providing high quality repair and restoration services . . . NEVER have we engaged in the common malpractice known as re-graduation. In the simplest terms, "re-graduation" involves scraping out the guts of an instrument. The "repairman" actually does irreversible damage to the instrument, weakening its very structure.
