The manufacturing process, developed entirely by BAM, remains unparalleled in the field of musical instrument cases.

The patented weather guard forming technique with its unique insulating qualities, provides outstanding protection from temperature changes and everyday knocks and bumps, yet still is extremely light weight.

Design principle: Polyurethane foam is injected around a mold the shape of the instrument and covered with a single layer of velvet.

1. The molded foam has been chosen for its durability.

2. A single layer of velvet ensures the instrument as extra thermal protection in addition to that already provided by the foam.

3. The foam penetrates the light and efficient alveolate frame and solidifies it.

BAM makes cases for other instruments,  including guitar, Brass instrument and Woodwind cases.

Warranty:
BAM repairs or replaces (at our discretion) cases damaged by manufacturing defects.  This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.  For your convenience, BAM provides maintenance on all its cases.  You should also remember to purchase insurance for your case, same as you would for your instrument.
